Truly Professional...!

I have been a customer of Phoenix Communication and Cabling for twenty some-odd years and although my experience with them was limited to servicing my business telephone systems and data networks, I was confident in their abilities. However, before contacting Phoenix Communications, I did search for a local Generac sales office when I discovered that they were an authorized dealer. Much to my surprise I did read a posting of an unsatisfied customer, but after speaking to the company\u2019s owner, I realized that sometimes there are customers with unrealistic expectations. Acquiring a standby generator to protect your home is not something you would want anyone to rush through, and yes there are times when unforeseen or hidden issues will arise making it necessary for changes, such as installing a larger gas meter. Only your local gas company are experts in the delivery of your heating fuel! As far as I am concerned Phoenix Communications is the experts on stand-by generators!There are few occasions when I have taken the time to write a review, but based on my experience and after reading the \u201cone\u201d unhappy review, I could not let the opportunity pass by. I am very happy with the quality of service they have continued to provide me and I remain extremely confident in their abilities.

This company did a great demo about the product and explain everything they were going to do for us.They were on time and neat and professional at what they did. They even did more then what they promised and did not charge me for all the additional work.I recommended them to our family and friends which purchased a few generators from Phoenix Communication and were very happy with them.Keep up the great work Phoenix team.

The owner of the company came out and gave us a great demo of how the system works. He is very educated on the product. They came out on there promise date and completed the work and very neat job.They trained us on how to use our generator and what to do to maintain it.We gave them our friends and family very hi recommendation and all of my brothers and uncles have order through them.They are a great company
