We called and ask for an estimate, he came within days. Very friendly and very knowledgeable, Got the Generac installed very quickly, and the first week we had it, it was used. It was so nice to know that we had it if needed. Would highly recommend this gentleman for any work needed to do with generators in general. Thank you for a job well done !

Professional and friendly

Just moved into our new house and wanted to ensure we had backup generator. Brad and Delores were very responsive to our questions and provided the best price. From the initial site visit to the install and then suggesting another propane provider we had not considered. Brad knows not only the technical stuff but is even better with customer service. Phillips Electronics is not the biggest company but in my experience is one we would recommend.

Knowledgeable and Professional

After another service provider spent 4 3/4 hr tring to find the problem. Brad found the problem in 35 min and had it fixed and running in 1 1/2 hr. GREAT JOB!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Phillips Electronics during the purchase and installation of my Generac generator. Brad responded quickly to my initial call to give me an estimate (very reasonable) of my generator needs and recommendations for the best product for me. He was always friendly and professional and exhibited a great deal of knowledge and expertise when I had questions. He patiently and thoroughly explained everything to me and took the time to follow up even after the installation was complete to assure everything was working properly.
