unhappy with service
Electricity went off, generator ran but did not provide power to home. So I called for Service tech to check it out. He replaced "something", after that Mobil Link didn't work. A month later power went off again and the generator ran, but still didn't provide power to home. Receptionist was condescending and not professional.

Great Experience
Chris and his team at Petro-Spect took care of everything! This was truly a stress free install with coordination between all parties being seamless. I have already recommended them to my parents and will recommend them to anyone who is considering putting in a home generator. Really great work
