don't bother
4 weeks, $125.00 later and they couldn't figure out it was just a burnt out switch on my Generac generator. Nice people but don't waste your time and $$ here.

Would not recommend this dealer.
Took a Generac power washer to them on 6/25. Called 5 weeks later and was told they hadn't got to it. Went there today and it had not been worked on. I was told they were busy. I took my washer and left.

Right Parts Instock!
I needed a replacment battery for my xg series generator and assumed I would have to buy online and pay shipping. I found Perkins Lawnmower through the generac site. They had the battery I needed and also were kind enough to give great maintanace advise on other aspects of my unit I did not even know about.

Bad Experience
This dealer has no customer service. Their experience is limited and they seemed overwhelmed with their current work load. After leaving my equipment with them for 1.5 months, it was returned in the same condition. I would not recommend them. My experience was terrible.
