Smooth from start to finish!

I found Perkins through a neighborhood post after a storm. I read their online reviews and decided to give them a call. They were slammed with appointments and were upfront about the timeframe from the initial meeting for a proposal all the way to install. Their sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, I immediately knew we were in good hands. The generator was installed when they projected. The installers were professional and courteous. This is an A+ company!

They showed up on time, told us exactly what they would be doing with electric and gas and where best to locate the generator. The installers did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company. I have already referred our neighbor to them and they are scheduled for installation soon.

Excellent work and very professional

All the technicians installing the generator were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They did a great job with the installation. The generator works great, we've had no outages so far but in testing it can power our entire house. We are thrilled! On the day of installation, at one point in the day, I counted SIX Perkins trucks in my driveway! Perkins definitely did a great job with the installation!

PERKINS is an outstanding company. The assessment process, recommendation, pricing, installation, setup and owner instruction all were very professional. They were very sensitive and responsive to my needs. I have peace of mind not only about my generator now but also is the future with Perkins maintaining it for me. My Generac is running as smoothly as a fine Swiss watch. Each week both Perkins and I get an email with a report telling me when the 'exercise' started and when it finished. This is further assurance the generator is fully operational and will be there if I need it.
