Perkins Generator Sales & Service

Shady practices

Perkins came out to give us an estimate for a 26kw generator complete with install. We already had a quote from another dealer. The tech arrived and tried to talk me into a Kohler which we did not want. We wanted Generac. He then tried to put down the other quote we had received which was a red flag. We had great references from the prior dealer and they did not say anything negative about another dealer. I have learned to stay away from shady dealers who put down others as it usually indicates a problem with service quality down the road. Tried to offer me a 10 yr warranty at the same price. No thanks. I recommend using someone else. Why would Generac have a dealer come out and then try to sell me a Kohler?

Excellent

Efficient and professional. Installers made sure we understand workings and maintenance of generator

Fast and professional

After dealing with several other national companies and chains, my interaction with the entire Perkins team has been a refreshing change. They are honest and transparent and have been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend you call them before you lock in with anyone else.

Smooth from start to finish!

I found Perkins through a neighborhood post after a storm. I read their online reviews and decided to give them a call. They were slammed with appointments and were upfront about the timeframe from the initial meeting for a proposal all the way to install. Their sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, I immediately knew we were in good hands. The generator was installed when they projected. The installers were professional and courteous. This is an A+ company!

Amazing Service

Very knowledgeable and thorough...cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealer is awesome!!

They showed up on time, told us exactly what they would be doing with electric and gas and where best to locate the generator. The installers did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company. I have already referred our neighbor to them and they are scheduled for installation soon.

Excellent work and very professional

All the technicians installing the generator were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They did a great job with the installation. The generator works great, we've had no outages so far but in testing it can power our entire house. We are thrilled! On the day of installation, at one point in the day, I counted SIX Perkins trucks in my driveway! Perkins definitely did a great job with the installation!

great company

Perkins Generator was a great company to deal with. Their guys that came out were very professional and CLEANED UP behined themselves. They are definitley a 5 star company

Paradise Generac

We were extremely happy with Perkins. Professional from the first time we talked with them to obtain a quote. Quote was very competitive. Installation was a non event. Everyone who came out from the person digging the power line ditch to the installers were professional and completed the job to our expectation.

Excellent and timely sales and service

Had we known how efficiently and easily we could have a fully automated alternative whole-house power source, we would have installed it long ago! The Generac team determined our household's needs, and designed a customized system! That system was installed professionally and efficiently in a matter of hours! We are happily up-&-running now knowing that should a power outage occur, our system will kick in and keep us safe and secure!
