I left a voicemail with a situation that needed some clarification. The next day I received a call asking if technicians could come out and run proactive diagnostics on my Generac generator. Sought bids from three companies. Penn Tech explained how they arrived at the correct sizing of the unit they proposed. The other two wouldn't. Penn Tech showed up on time, completed on time, cleaned up after installation and then tested the system for 24 hours before activating our warranty. If there had been an issue it was their problem to fix not me contacting Generac for a warranty call. These folks knew their business and products so well that they had the city inspector sign off 10 minutes after they completed the install. Impressive scheduling that comes from knowing your business. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Kansas City area looking for a Generac.
