dealer did not fix my problem
generator installed approx 7 years ago for 5 years a yellow trouble light has been on. Each year they service it and cannot find the problem. I am looking for someone else to take over maintenance

Would Recommend
The Tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and very cautious, taking care to not disturb our home or yard in any way when doing our yearly maintenance checkup on our air conditioner.

They came recommended to us and everything they said about them came true. You could not ask for a better company to work with. The office staff and installers were friendly and professional. PHA is a definitely a great company.
I was informed about when and what the work on the generator would be and who would be working on it. PHA has done other major work for us and have been excellent. And the generac is great.

My PHA Experience
PHA did a wonderful job installing my Generac Generator System. Sales Rep. and Installation crew were very professional. The generator has performed very well during testing and in actual usage.

PHA coordinated with our propane company for installation. Install was trouble free and quick.Our 22KW Generac runs the whole house trouble free.

Generator install
PHA did a very good job in helping me replace my old whole-house generator. They did their best to salvage the old system, but it was no longer cost effective to repair.
