Excellent Company

Penco Electric & Generators installed our first Generac generator 10 years ago at our old house and has now installed another Generac at our new home. You know your working with a great company when the you have the same salesperson Marion, and the same lead installer Edgar 10 years later. I highly recommend Penco if you are going to purchase a home standby generator, they are the best!

Penco Electric is fabulous

It was an absolute pleasure having Penco Electric install my Generac generator. From Paul the owner, to Cindy in the office, to the electricians, everyone is terrific. Their follow-up and attention to detail is outstanding. You should be proud to have a company like Penco Electric represent the Generic brand.

Great company

The crew who installed our generator were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job! Always explaining what they were doing. They did a fantastic job cleaning up our garage, driveway and work site. They were a pleasure to have in our yard. GREAT JOB GUYS! Would definitely recommend Penco for a generator.

Excellent Service

From the initial sales visit with Marion to the final installation of our standby generator, everyone we worked with at Penco Generators was professional and responsive. The installation crew (Edgar, Orlando and Isaiah) were respectful of our home and installed the entire system in one day. We will highly recommend Penco to anyone!

Keep away

Called to make an appointment. They took my info and called me 2 weeks later only to ask me again for my information to make an appointment. It's been a month now, and they still haven't called me to make an appointment.

Top notch service !

Very responsive after massive storm yesterday. Paul and Kathy were fielding calls while talking to me as to make sure no one was missed. Tech response right away when I had issue. I cannot day enough about this team. Felt protected by the unit and service!

Penco Electric is fantastic. We needed a whole home generator and we are so glad we chose them to install it. We got multiple bids and they were the most competitive in addition to their exceptional customer service. The installation was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done at 110%. During installation there were a couple minor issues, due to my house and no fault of theirs, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly even though it cost them some additional time and expense. I would highly recommend Pence Electric for anyone who needs a generator or generator service.
