Pe Electric LLC

The service provided by the technician, Chris, was outstanding! My Generac is 8 years old, and is running like I just bought it!

Represent professional expertise

PE is very organized and gave us great installation service and feedback. Everyone was friendly and thorough from the sales person to the receptionist to the office helper and the installation people received Great service. They know what they’re doing and are proficient at their work as a customer. I am not quite so proficient at understanding so hopefully there will be no misunderstandings in our future.

Excellent service

We are very happy with our Generac Generator. Customer service has been excellent throughout the entire process.

I would give more than five stars, if I could.

I was at a New Year’s event last night and the subject of bad weather and generators came up. I told those I was chatting with that PE Home Generators was the best choice by far. I went further and said dealing with PE was without a doubt the best customer service I have received in many years. Whoever does the hiring, should be cloned. Everyone was friendly, competent and pro-active. Gina, Rebecca, Johnny and Erik were an absolute dream to work with. I wish you could bottle your way of doing business and infuse it in others. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
