The salesperson explained the process and the options exceptionally well, and then worked with us closely on developing the right solution for our home. We were extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

I selected Parrish Services after receiving quotes from several firms representing different generator brands. Parrish was by far the best. They were the most responsive and thoughtful from initial contact thru post-installation service, and were very price competitive. Nearly 1 year after installation, they are still as responsive as they were before the sale. All of their people are very professional, considerate and delight to work with. Parrish installed a 36kW Quite Source generator for me and I could not be happier! While I got several quotes some higher some lower, no one took the time to explain all my installation and service options the way Parrish did. I felt extremely comfortable with the salesman, and then the installation crew exceeded by expectations. I signed up for the service agreement and generator monitoring. There ended up being an issue with my gas pressure regulator that I was not aware of. This was not a regulator provided by Parrish but it provided fuel not only to my generator but my home as well. The monitoring service picked up on the problem before I knew I had one and Parrish sent a technician out to diagnose and fix the problem right away. Now that might not seem extraordinary, however when you have 18\u201d of snow on the road and they show up with a their own plow truck to get there, well I am impressed.Mark McAfee

Parrish Services, Inc. was an excellent company in which to deal. The staff was very professional. The work was done on schedule and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future.

Absolute Professionals!

I just recently had my Generac home generator system installed by Parrish Services. They did an amazing job! The techs were always on time and the quality of their work was outstanding. They did such a great job that I even purchased a Service Plan from them. I definitely plan on using Parrish Services for some plumbing & electrical projects I have planned for the spring. I highly recommend Parrish Sevices! Such a great company to deal with!!

Very professional installation

Parrish installed a 20kW generator for the house. They were very professional in their approach and built a high quality base for it to stand on. They also were knowledgable, friendly, and worked with me on the options for installation. Their price was in the ball park of other estimates I got.

dealer is horrible

told customer they did not have to take these calls because they have more business than this and Generac pays them too low they are more expensive than that
