Great Company
Had tried to get another company that was closer to me to do some warranty service work on my generator. Called the other company in September and never could get a date for service and finally after having Generac get involved was told it would be December. Had no faith they would come so I called Parker Power Systems and was given a date and time in November and they showed up as promised. Had an issue after they serviced unit. Texted them expecting to get a call the next morning and was contacted that night. This is what courteous, professional, and quality service looks like. Would highly recommend this company.
