misleading information does not service Tucson AZ at this time
Called the office spoke to Ernie set up an appointment for a Service Call on my Generac Home standby generator. I had to take quite a bit of time to convince Ernie that my warranty was valid even if Parker & Sons did not install the unit. I was then sent a confirming text, Next day sent reminder text, later that night received phone call saying could not make sales appointment. told the person that I had scheduled a service call for my generator. I had already set aside the time they had indicated I needed to be there for their technician. Called them the day of the scheduled service call and was told they do not service Tucson at this time. Definitely would not recommend this company.
