Parker And Sons

Parker & Sons fails!

Start to finish Parker and Sons failed. From tools left inside breaker boxes to plumbers returning multiple times always falling short. They suggested we had to have pipes installed with numerous bends and distant from the wall, stating they donmake a 45 degree bend in inch and a quapipe. Failed inspections 3 times. The “project manager” contito make scheduling errors, arguing she was right all along the way. Requested a manager call with no response. Steer clear.

misleading information does not service Tucson AZ at this time

Called the office spoke to Ernie set up an appointment for a Service Call on my Generac Home standby generator. I had to take quite a bit of time to convince Ernie that my warranty was valid even if Parker & Sons did not install the unit. I was then sent a confirming text, Next day sent reminder text, later that night received phone call saying could not make sales appointment. told the person that I had scheduled a service call for my generator. I had already set aside the time they had indicated I needed to be there for their technician. Called them the day of the scheduled service call and was told they do not service Tucson at this time. Definitely would not recommend this company.
