I purchased my Generac generator from Parker and Sons in December 2024, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Parker and Sons replaced my electrical panel and installed two propane tanks to accommodate my new generator. As someone who needs a reliable backup power source for medical reasons, this installation was crucial for me. The installers were fantastic. They walked me through the entire process and ensured I was 100% satisfied with the placement of my generator. Parker and Sons even coordinated with the utility company, who initially wanted me to relocate my electrical panel because it was in a garden bed. They went above and beyond by digging out and replacing the underground pipe coming into my main panel. On the day they replaced my electrical panel, Parker and Sons brought out a Generac portable generator to ensure my fridges and freezers had power while the electricity was out for most of the day. This level of service and attention to detail truly impressed me. After the installation, they also serviced the generator to ensure everything was running smoothly. The work was completed with great care and professionalism, and the team was incredibly nice throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Parker and Sons for their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Don't use Parker & Sons

They installed my generator and took payment from me. But, now I need to have my first service appointment for a checkup and their office cannot schedule service appointments for generators?? Each time I call they say someone will get back to me. I have called several times and still no-one has called me back and it's been about one month since I have been trying to get in touch with someone in their generator department.

$12,000 HIGHER THAN OTHER INSTALLERS

Parker and Sons quoted me $28,000 for a Standby generator for my house. That's $12,000 higher than the next quote. and $15,000 higher than another quote. I spoke to a Female from Parker and Sons today who told me that she's the EXPERT on Generators, but yet didn't know the difference between a Delta and Wye wire configuration hook up. She then said I was quoted 17,000 and 28,000, Which I never received two quotes from them. My recommendation is, when you hear Parker and Sons....RUN and RUN Fast in the opposite direction.
