I contacted a number of authorized Generac dealers. Some never called back, one got back with a phone call, but didn't respond after that. A third said there was a charge to come out that would be deducted from the price if I purchased from them. I ended up having five dealers give me quotes. I selected Paradise and Jeff partly because of their close location to where I lived and the fact that Jeff was the owner and not a sales person. Jeff is very knowledgeable and explained things quite well. Jeff is very busy but also very responsive. His office staff is excellent. Julia and Caitlyn are extremely customer service focused. His technical workers were friendly and did their jobs well. Jeff came by each time work was done to inspect the quality. And he did the final hook up to turn the unit on. I feel very confident with my decision to go with Jeff and Paradise. I'm also confident that service when needed will be excellent.

Couldn't get a call back

Multiple attempts to get a call back for generator and general electric help, but never received one. Spoke with his wife/secretary regarding the lack of a call back, was told I'd be called back and never was. Can't recommend any service that doesn't call a customer back after repeated attempts.

This dealer needs counciling .

Jeff failed to contact me when I experienced a problem with my 14K unit. The initial contact was positive. I was using a Mobile Link device which he advised as additional preventive maintenance for my generator. He stated thatat the time of my call he had guests visiting him.As a result of this negative attitude I had to locate another authorized service contractor.This review needs the attention of Generac because he is not a good representative.

Jeff and his crew are top notch professionals. very courteous and keeps you in the loop through the whole process. Handled all permitting and inspections. The meticulous detail in his work shows when the install is complete. If you looking to install a generator Paradise Solar is the way to go !.

Always gets back to you in fast response. Installation went smooth. Dealer took care of all the communication with the the other suppliers.Plumbers, township and local development approvals.
