Repaired a Generator that was never installed correctly by another company
These guys are great! They fixed a generator that we have had trouble with for over 18 months since its install. The unit would not remember its settings after one exercise cycle. we almost gave up and then tried these people. One visit the generator was purring like a kitten. A week later it auto exercised as it was programmed to. I am so satisfied that I signed an annual contract for generator maintenance.

Got back to me in minutes and I purchased a 20KW and have it serviced by there great technicians.

Never returned my calls
I called four times to speak to someone about a repair on my Generac generator. The secretary even took down my name and number and promised someone would get back to me. I left messages for two different people and still got no response 10 days later. I will never call this company again.
