Pappa's Air Compressors & Generator

horrbile avoid at all costs

rude, disrespectful couple owns this place. i brought in my generac 7500E units to be repaired under warranty. they pretend to not speak english to avoid helping me. they say never have a time table for a completed repair. the wife is the worst one of the group. she hangs up on you mid call. doesnt answer when you call back. they have no email only fax so you cant email in the warranty info then pretend to lose it when its confirmed faxed over. bill is a horrible person to deal with. i have no idea why generac would ever use this horrendous place avoid at all costs

Very knowledgeable

If I had to purchase a generator again, definitely would have gone here first. Bought my Generac in for service for something that could have been avoided. The owner took his time and gave me some great tips, not mentioned in the manual, that can save me some headaches in the future.

Excellent and Professional Dealer

Brian of Pappas made this a pleasant and easy transaction. As a homeowner, this is important. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient with my questions. I look forward to a good relationship for advice and service when needed to keep my Generac XG8000E ready for use. I will definitely recommend this dealer.

Excellent service; Honest advice.

Pappas helped me select the best product that fit my needs, delivered it to my house and set it up, and showed me how everything worked. Their service was prompt and first rate. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They will also be there for any future service I may need. I was very happy with them and highly recommend them.

phone Call

Although I have not brought my Genrac in for service yet, my initial phone call to them was handled with the utmost of care. I am looking forward to doing business with these people when they re-open towards the end August.

5747

My XG8000E was under warranty and needed service. He told me one leg was not working on my Generator and charged me 75 for the diagnosis. Took it to another dealer and found out the problem was the governor needed adjustment. Papas never offered to fix the generator he just wanted it out of his shop. His diagnosis was completely wrong.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a GP3250 from Pappas and they were great. They were very informative. They even put the generator together for me. They tested the unit at store and help me understand how everything works.
