Pushing services never delivered

You'll be pushed into a service agreement that they will never fulfill. When you need them, they'll be weeks out. When something breaks, they'll charge you thousands of dollars on inspections and maintenance before they ever get around to fixing anything. In my case, thousands of dollars in invoices and a year of waiting, and they still haven't repaired the unit.

Unresponsive

Have an annual contract with this dealer. Would think that as a recurring \u201ccustomer\u201d they would be more responsive to repair requests. Takes a month to get a service call\u2026. And that is with 4-6 phone calls to ensure that you are scheduled. Unresponsive. No communication. Very disappointing \u2026 expected more from a premier dealer.

Excellent service during installation

Pan American made the whole buying and installation process relatively painless. Very professional. I plan on using them for service as well.

I Purchased my Full Home Generator from Pan American Power Corp, and that was the best decision I could have made. Very knowledgeable on generators and was very helpful in helping me choose the best for my situation. We have been very please with our Generac 22KQ-LPG Air Cooled standby generator. Excellant service

From start to finish my whole experience with Pan American Power was great!! The sales guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He took his time and was very thorough explaining things. He did not seemed rushed to leave. The installers were professional, friendly and able to answer all of my questions during installation of the generator. They arrived on time, set up and got work. They respected my time and property. When they came out for start up they made sure that I understood how operate the generator and that everything worked as sold. Great experience. I would highly recommend.

Mimi was helpful and polite when i called for a problem with my generator ,she explained about there service contracts and answered all questions. Blake was dispatched to my home and was very informative and helpful when working on my generator. He seemed very knowledgeable and quickly found my problem.He thoroughly checked my unit and didn't spill a drop when he changed my oil I would recommend Pan American to anybody

Generator Purchase

PanAmerican scheduled my installation and the tech's were right on time. Furthermore they were courteous and extremely professional. The installation took no time and they cleaned up completely.
