From the very beginning Jay kept us up to date with the progress. A generator requires alot of steps with local utilities and inspectors. Jay was great at handling this. The entire process was great. He also had to construct a platform because of flood zone. He made a quality structure that fit in with the look of our high end home.

Strung me along for no reason

Was late for 1st appt. Left and said he\u2019d be back in mid January. When I asked for a date 2 weeks later so I could arrange to be home, he said call the person who installed it. Nice. 2 weeks lost for no reason.

Process went as smooth as described- from planning to installation and follow up. Fairly quick turn-around as well. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Worked seamlessly with electric utility and city inspectors. Very personalized service and approach to meet my specific needs.

He will correctly tell you the problems that commonly exist when a anyone else installs them.
