Service is fantastic

I’ve had my Generac for about five years. The service on this is awesome. They come once a year.

Fast and Efficient

We called for service on a generator that was installed by another Company but they could not figure out how to fix the generator after numerous attempts. The Company (their name is spelled a little like the manufacturer but they are a bad apple to deal with unlike Generac) Palm Coast Electric came out, found the problem and had the system back running properly in no time.

Still broken

Not able to effectively trouble shoot 22KW generator. Ordered incorrect parts, still broken unable to properly repair. Gen is still under factor warranty. Generac HQ totally unresponsive.

Quick and efficient

Palm Coast Electric installed a whole house generator. They showed up and were extremely professional. They handled the whole process for me including all the permitting. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Excellent in Every Way

We are extremely pleased with Palm Coast Electric. Their installation was neat and timely. Our only glitches were with our propane company and the less than prideful, extremely slow dealings that we had with them. One needs to careful in placing accountability where it belongs. Joe at PCE was excellent in spite of what he could not control, which was OUR propane company. So, it took a while due to the propane, but Joe was quick to do his part. We would highly recommend him and his company. Thanks, Joe.

No show

I used this Dealer to finish some of the work that the incompetent original dealer didn't do. He did the work. He was supposed to contact me prior to the 2019 season for service. When I did not hear from him, I called him. This was the last week in July. He said that he was going to contact me. He said he was very busy but he would get to my maintenance shortly, but if a storm was approaching he would get right over. Hurricane Dorian began to threaten and I still did not hear from him. I ended up going with a large company for maintenance. When they arrived to do maintenance, we discovered the generator was not operating, so I did not have it for the storm. This dealer left me up the creek without a paddle. Go with someone reliable and you will be much happier.
