Quality and Professionalism

I could not be happier choosing Pace to install my generator. Doing due diligence, I interviewed and met with several vendors. Quickly I learned the smaller sole proprietors would not be the best choice for me. As I began researching larger service providers, I had concerns aligning with a vendor from out of state simply from a distance perspective. That concern was erased after speaking with local customers who are Pace clients in my area. Glowing reviews and everyone were very willing to spend time discussing their experience and offered follow-up should I have additional questions. Pace was the only vendor I interviewed who showed up day one with Marketing Materials. This was helpful and spoke volumes. My list of prepared questions was quickly answered, and I felt reassured day one that I found the right vendor for me. Living in an HOA adds some complexity to the approval process. Joanne, a super star was my internal contact. She assured me that she would handle everything required by my HOA and she did not disappoint! The actual installation (on a Friday the 13th 😊) was flawless. A minor adjustment to the gas regulator and some end user training had me up and running. We simulated a power failure and again, flawless. The app interface is so easy to use and set up. If you are considering a like purchase, I would strongly recommend you contact Pace. Great service

Getting a generator for my residence has been a long time desire due to the power shortages I experience in this area. Today, Pace Services came to the house and installed one for me. I was greatly surprised at how prompt, professional, and friendly the crew was. They were very safe, efficient, and "respectful" while entering my house with boot covers during the installation. They all get an A+ and I certainly recommend Pace Services to all friends of my acquaintances. Job well done......

I have been dealing with Pace Electric for years. They have the best people and consistent customer service than anyone in the industry. We had a problem with our generator that they worked diligently to solve it. It eventually had to be replaced and they completed the install on time and exactly as quoted.

I am very satisfied with the job that Pace did to install my new whole house generator. They coordinated with the local utility company as well as a plumbing contractor to install my equipment in a professional manner. They even relocated a piece of equipment for me at no extra charge. Their workers and training crew were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Pace to my friends and neighbors.

Pace is a class organization, they were prompt to answer my request for installation and set up a schedule to suit my needs. The installation was completed in 1 day and the expertise of the technicians was flawless. They explained the procedure every step of the way and cleaned up the area before leaving. They scheduled the final inspection quickly and the inspector commented that he always finds any installation by Pace to be perfect
