Ryan did my first annual maintenance. Since he wasn't the one who installed it, he taught me things I didn't know, like to put Terro by the computer, since ants can damage it. Also, he double checked my natural gas meter. I had a meter for 175,000 BTUs. He said I needed 500,000, and if the generator had turned on to use for real, damage would have been done to it. I called the utility company - and - it turned out I had a natural gas leak. I had not smelled a thing. I am so thankful the leak was detected/ fixed and a 500,000 BTU meter installed before anything serious happened. I credit Ryan with my safety and the safety of the Generac due to his above-and-beyond customer service. And, he's super nice to talk to.

5 stars aren't enough! I had a situation of urgency (to me and not an emergency) and needed some guidance. I emailed late in the evening and got an actual response asking me to call in the morning.Even with a loaded schedule, Ryan worked me in that day! He answered all my questions and gave me some very sound advise. Very professional and knowledgeable!!!
