Ozarks Elect & Generator Srvc LLC

Very pleased with the installation of our Generac. Ryan walked us through everything we needed to know, and to call him if with any questions. Job well done.

Top notch service

Exceptional service! Owning a real estate company, I meet a lot contractors and Ryan is one of the best. I’ve used him at two of my own properties and strongly recommend him to others.

Great Service

My whole house generator is nearly 5 years old. Ryan has been serving it every year since installing. He’s great and does a great job for me.

Super knowledgeable & friendly

Ryan did my first annual maintenance. Since he wasn't the one who installed it, he taught me things I didn't know, like to put Terro by the computer, since ants can damage it. Also, he double checked my natural gas meter. I had a meter for 175,000 BTUs. He said I needed 500,000, and if the generator had turned on to use for real, damage would have been done to it. I called the utility company - and - it turned out I had a natural gas leak. I had not smelled a thing. I am so thankful the leak was detected/ fixed and a 500,000 BTU meter installed before anything serious happened. I credit Ryan with my safety and the safety of the Generac due to his above-and-beyond customer service. And, he's super nice to talk to.

great dealer

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly got the installation done on time. I would hire this dealer again for sure.

Hire this guy!

Ryan was courteous and on time. He performed the work in a professional manner and we will hire him again.

Very respectful and understanding of my budget

Purchased a generator second hand. Got a good deal and didn't want to get taken advantage of. Install turned out very clean and he explained all the features and made it simple to understand.

Amazing work

Amazing work, friendly service. Quick and knowledgeable

Above Expectations!

Was very pleased with the services I got from Ozark’s Electrical & Generator Service! I’ve been told I’m not the easiest customer to get along with as I’m OCD about a lot of things. Ryan came in, knew exactly which generator that would fit my needs and budget the best. Instillation was nice and neat and everything done on a PROFESSIONAL level! Thanks again Ryan and WILL be using you again and referring anytime I can!
