Outlook Electric INC

Avoid at all costs!

Do not work with Outlook Electric. Our generator was installed incorrectly (not by the qualified technician per Generac corporate) and needed to be fixed by a different dealer. This cost my wife and I a lot of money and stress as we were left without power multiple times, not to mention the danger of this generator functioning improperly. When working with the new local dealer, maintenance records were needed from Outlook and they did not provide good records per Generac standards. This company makes Generac look bad, avoid working with them!!

Quick response

We called Outlook for a issue with our generator and they were very quick to respond to our service call. A few hours. Other service dealers were giving us excuses. Thank you Outlook for the very quick response

Great experience

Mark and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. They are arrived and completed the project on schedule

Excellent job

I had outlook electric install our home generator and couldn’t be more satisfied. They did a very well professional job in a short amount of time. I’m definitely recommending them to all my friends a family.

Knowledgeable and Hard-Working

Outlook did a great job. Mark answered all of our questions and explained how the generators would work. He and Kyler showed up on time each day and worked hard. They left the worksite in better condition than when they started! The whole job took two days and they walked us through how everything works - we even did a test run of the system. The follow-up was great, too. They helped get the products registered and made sure that all of the inspections were completed. I can't enough good things about how great it was to work with Mark and his company.

We highly recommend Outlook Electric

I can't say enough good things about Outlook Electric. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. They made the investment in the whole house generator system very seamless. The full install only took 2 days. A+++ to Mark and Kyler. Thanks gentleman.

Job done well!

These guys are so helpful and professional! They definitely know what they are doing! Best purchase I’ve made! I highly recommend Outlook Electric

Just say NO!

Owner installation failed the electric inspection, he registered the wrong serial number - which created 6+ months of absolutely unnecessary drama that essentially voided my 7-Year Warranty until resolved, and his Office Manager lied about contacting Generac over and over again. He told me verbatim that the only way he could communicate with Generac was via email. A boldfaced lie. I finally made direct contact with Generac, took a picture of the Serial Number Label, and within two days completely resolved the problem. I had this dealer removed from my account and will never allow them back on my property. I also sent a detailed description of my experience with Generac.

Deceitful & Corrupt

Outlook Electric Inc. left two rejected permits on my install, without notifying me. Instead, Outlook claimed the job was complete and billed me. One rejection involved carbon monoxide venting directly into my home. The other involved so many violations of the electrical code that I concluded Outlook is thoroughly incompetent. They left my install in such a mess that I had to hire another contractor to fix it. I could cite many other examples of Outlook’s wrongful conduct, but suffice to say that Outlook Electric Inc. is the most deceitful & corrupt company I have ever seen. Please learn from my horrible (and expensive) experience. Do not call them.

Great job Outlook

Outlook was very impressive. They made this investment easy with there quick response and installation.
