Knowledgeable and Hard-Working

Outlook did a great job. Mark answered all of our questions and explained how the generators would work. He and Kyler showed up on time each day and worked hard. They left the worksite in better condition than when they started! The whole job took two days and they walked us through how everything works - we even did a test run of the system. The follow-up was great, too. They helped get the products registered and made sure that all of the inspections were completed. I can't enough good things about how great it was to work with Mark and his company.

Just say NO!

Owner installation failed the electric inspection, he registered the wrong serial number - which created 6+ months of absolutely unnecessary drama that essentially voided my 7-Year Warranty until resolved, and his Office Manager lied about contacting Generac over and over again. He told me verbatim that the only way he could communicate with Generac was via email. A boldfaced lie. I finally made direct contact with Generac, took a picture of the Serial Number Label, and within two days completely resolved the problem. I had this dealer removed from my account and will never allow them back on my property. I also sent a detailed description of my experience with Generac.

Deceitful & Corrupt

Outlook Electric Inc. left two rejected permits on my install, without notifying me. Instead, Outlook claimed the job was complete and billed me. One rejection involved carbon monoxide venting directly into my home. The other involved so many violations of the electrical code that I concluded Outlook is thoroughly incompetent. They left my install in such a mess that I had to hire another contractor to fix it.

Flawless Installation

We are very impressed with Outlook and its employees. Our installation was a very easy process from estimate to completion (they made it that way). We are so happy to have gone with them. They are truly a one stop shop when it comes to Generac generators. And they even got to us, ahead of schedule! I recommend them to any and everyone looking for a stress free process.
