Easy to deal with

Great service good people to deal with. Made it easy

SUPER

They did a super job! The unit has been perfect. We lost power thirteen times last year. We would see the lights go out, ten seconds later, it was all back on. I wish I would have had them install it years ago. Special kudos to Chris; he performed the maintenance on our unit last week. Called to let me know he was coming. Did his magic and was gone. Super service. I very rarely give recommendations so for me to give one, they have to be good, real good!

Good Work

Osburn is a great company that always takes care of my generator needs. I would recomend these folks!

I have an older generator that stopped working Osborn service found the problem found the older part and fixed it.

Very honest and polite.

Sent out a technician admitted he was unfamiliar with my generator. Still having hard starting issues. Office manager and personal were very good with scheduling and very knowledgeable on the phone.

Maintenance

Did a very good job on the maintenance and were very knowledgeable.
