Optimize Generator People

The entire crew at generac is incredible they’re so easy to work with and really know what they’re doing the crew especially Alyssa Collin Tyler and the rest we’re all just great 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great Company!

After receiving multiple quotes from different generator companies in my area, I made the choice for Optimize Generator People to be my go-to Home Standby Generator Dealer. After sitting through multiple estimates, it was clear that Optimize was the only one that I could call an expert. The Salesperson was so nice and knowledgeable. I felt like they were teaching me more than selling me a generator. Everybody I spoke to and interacted with at Optimize, from the office staff to the coordinator to the installation crew, were amazing. They took care of my home and they took care of my family. I feel comfortable knowing that i Have this generator for when I need it and that I have Optimize for when I need a Dealer. Nice, responsive, and reasonable. This is what business should look like.

Only choice, Optimize

Wonderful! Had a 26kw Generac installed at my home in Kenner. Optimize took care of everything. I could tell from my first meeting they knew what they were doing. My project was complicated since my house was built in the late 60's. But these guys put together a plan and did exactly what they said they would do. It really says something when the inspector even brags on how good their work is!

Excited to have generator

I was surprised at how easy they made the whole process. It took more work to install than I thought, but they just kept working all day to get it done. Very excited to finally have a generator.

The best in the business!

I'd give Optimize 10 stars if it allowed. I can't tell express how refreshing it is to deal with a company that still believes in transparency in pricing, knows what they are doing and are just so amazing to work with! The whole process, from the sale to after our installation was just fabulous! Will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family!

Best company out there

Optimize was great to deal with it! The salesman was on time for our appointment, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident about the process. The install team showed up on time and delivered on all of our expectations. The Final Walkthrough went smoothly and we were shown how the unit works and feel confident it will be worth it's weight in gold when needed!

The dealer is awesome

The install crew is amazing, they are respectful and professional. They do their jobs i a very calm and professional manner. Answer all questions and their work is concise. My generator has been utilized many time after the install and it works just fine. Awesome job guys.

Customer Service Based!

This company is built on customer service. If there's something they can't do for you, you can guarantee they've tried every possible avenue. Whether install or annual maintenance, they will leave your property better than they found it, and will always strive for your peace of mind.

Lots of information

I was skeptical when I met with the sales person, but they went over a lot of information with me before I even got the price. I thought it was going to be a very high quote, but it was actually one of the lowest I got. Very happy

Organized team

The install team were ready to work on the install day and they really knew every step. I was impressed by the way they organized the whole job. great job!
