They were all very friendly and professional. all preformed there job well.

Good experience

The Optimize crew that installed my generator did an outstanding job. They were in and out quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. They brought me up to speed on the operation of the generator and transfer switch and when they left I was confident that I could handle most occurrences that might be out of the norm. The final inspection with Mr. Moore answered the few questions that I had. I would recommend Optimize to anyone considering an emergency generator, they did a superb job.
