My parents had Optimize install their home generator recently and were pleased with the process. So I called them and when they say they will be there at 800am that means 800am!They explained the process gave me specific #s to call and answered all questions on the spot.Sales knew what installers would do, installers knew what sales did and inspection would do and I didn\u2019t lift a finger!Thank you!!

Good install

We had received several quotes that were much higher than this. They followed the time schedule. Came when they said they would. our salesman always answered his phone. There were a couple of small hiccups on the install but they were corrected quickly and properly. Very good experience and now we have some security for storms and inclement weather at a price that was about 5,000 less than the others for the same generator. They even installed it an away from the house which will reduce the noise when it runs. We had not even considered that

Ootimize gave a fair bid and due to a small cracked tee, made several trips to my residence to correct the situation.They rectified it and now we are happy customers.
