Optimize Generator People

Poor Customer Service

Generac 22 kw not 2 years old and running very rough during weekly exercise. I submitted video to Generac and was told to contact local service provider. Optimize wanted to charge $150 just to take a look if not a warranty issue, what ever that means.

Great experience.

Everything went as were told by the sales person. No problems at all. Everyone involved was very professional.

This dealer did a fantastic job

Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all questions very quickly and clearly.

A great job.

Dealer did a great job helping us select the right unit and explaining the installation process. I appreciate the dealer coordinating each step along the way. Each member of the team was helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service and said exactly what was going to do and did it

From the salesman and especially the install crew was very friendly and informative

Best Ever!! Highly Recommend

Thrilled with Optimize's whole home generator installation! Professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Excellent Generac Dealer

All Optimize representatives, from sales to office coordinator to installation and finally service manager were very professional, knowledgeable and polite!!! They all showed up on time for prescheduled appointments and completed the installation in one day. I had to call out the service department 1 day soon after installation to troubleshoot an electrical issue which was resolved the day I called Optimize. They are all excellent dedicated employees of a top shelf company!!

Efficient and Professional

John's crew was very efficient and professional. It was obvious that had a plan when they arrived on site. Some of the crew started unloading while the other 2 started looking around the house and attic to develop the installation strategy. They reviewed with me prior to getting started and then started the work. Great job!

#1 Choice

I highly recommend OptimizeEGS. Everything was handled perfect and professional! I was very impressed. I’d definitely use them again!

Truly chose the right dealer

My salesman Aubrey was very thorough in his presentation, he answered all my questions and I felt confident I chose the right company to go with. The installers were all very friendly and knew what they were doing. They paid extra attention to detail something that was important to me. Very satisfied with my Generac.
