I Will recommend OPTIMIZE everyone. Optimize team make sure that you understand every procedure. Everyone that comes on sight they'll introduce them and explain why they're there. Once they arrive it's time to work. The gentleman that came for the final assessment was great. He made sure that both myself and my grandson understood the GENERATOR. THEN he sat down and went over the paperwork.

Very professional and excellent service

The three installers were highly professional. Especially the short guide that seen to be the foreman. He went out of his way to make sure there wasn't a problem in the gas line after the gas company employee said that their was a leak. Also, the lady in the office Aliska was fantastic she called me several times to make sure everything was ok. Please give her a raise she deserves it.

They showed up on time. The installation was great, clean and they did everything I wanted to put the unit where I wanted it. The guys very were professional and I enjoyed having a conversation with them. The sales person did a great job explaining everything. I would definitely recommend them.
