Omb Warehouse

2nd Round of Nonsense!

I purchased my generator from these folks without issue but trying to get them to come out and service the unit is another story. The first call led to them explaining how i needed to speak to the "generator guy" as he could not help me. The "generator guy" wasn't going to be around for about 10 minutes so they were to call me back. 90 minutes later I called them only to hear I missed the guy again. I never did receive any service by the end of my constant calling with no response. Now, months later, i try again and am told that a guy will be able to come out and would be at my home at 2. After leaving work early to meet the technician, i get a call at 2 telling me the guys truck broke down. Clearly, these folks are not interested in taking my money and could care less about the Generac brand and their reputation for quality. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

A+++

Even though I didn't buy anything He still took his time to help me out..A+++

Quick Thanks for great service

Even though I purchased this generator on Ebay I have to say the service was great from OMB Warehouse I received this Gen Set very close to the scheduled delivery date even after shipping half way across the country. The create, packaging and pallet where all intact and no damage to the Generator. I'm very excited to unpack and start up my new portable Generator and put some time on the hour meter.
