I recently purchased a 24 kw Generac generator through a Costco promotion that was installed by North West Power and Air from Bremerton, WA. The complete experience, from the front office and the Energy Consultant to the professional and very personable installation crew, was unbelievably pleasant. never showed up 3x

I scheduled with this company after they no showed for their first appointment. They had an excuse so I scheduled again. They didn't show up or call again. I thought surely they will show up after 2 misses. Nope, supposed to come this morning at 8 am, no call, no show. I went back to the Generac website to look for another service company and was so happy to see that Mercurios was listed! They installed my ductless system and were professional and did a great job. Guess who I'm calling now!
