Oklahoma Generator

Poor interaction and no response to international caller

Having just returned to Lima,Peru from the north of the country after two weeks the cell phone indicated messages arriving. The first was from Generac indicating that the home generator was off. As we had no phone to the Okla. dealer we called the 800 number and waited for 15 mins. then transferred and waited 12 mins. more - then told the generator required service. Call Okla. Generator and told by repair "we don't work on Saturday" call the number back and leave a message and I'll get to it on Monday. I felt the person was not sensitive to my concerns and needs being 5000 miles from home and with a report of a "Sensor Loss" I could have been provided more information especially as the first report which we did not get as we were in Northern Peru until today when we receive the second. It seems that Okla. Generator just did not check on the generator the first time but just switched it "off" and got a "ready to run" on the 13th of Jan. Now again the same error occurred and no urgency or concern was shown by the repair person on the call.

Prompt, reliable service

Respond quickly when called. Very friendly, professional technicians.

Larrison Electrical Services was very professional and wonderful

I obtained 3 quotes from Dealers. Larrison Electrical Services had the lowest quote. We chose them. We found out later that Larrison had installed 3 of our relatives generators (Daughter, niece and sister-in-law). The generator was delivered in 3 days and sit in the chosen place. When all the other installation parts were delivered, we were informed that by putting the generator in a different place that almost $1000 could be saved. We chose the new place. All work was done in a professional way. Every one was very friendly and wonderful to work with. We are very, very satisfied.

Highly recommend!

They were fast, friendly, and professional. Their quote was very reasonable and all work was done in half a day with the power off for only a couple of hours.

Larrison is the Greatest!!

Having Larrison to sell and install my Generac is probably the best service I have ever experienced. The installer was precisely on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and how the entire process was going to proceed. Told me what to expect when the other members of the team came and how the process worked. He was "point on" and it was a smooth procedure. I was notified before the electricity was going to be cut off so there were no surprises. Not only were these guys professional, but they were neat and left nothing to be picked up later. When the installation was completed, I was shown what I needed to do if the equipment had to run for several days and shown where I could find it in the manual. I would recommend Larrison to anyone who wants to purchase a generator. They are the best. Trustworthy, dependable, and extremely professional. I know I can call them with any questions I have in the future. Each Saturday at noon, the generator recycles just as I was instructed it would. Exciting!!

Outstanding dealer!!!

The purchase and installation process was seamless. I highly recommend Larrison Electric.
