O'keefe Electric

Excellent experience. Everyone sent out was extremely professional. Placed it exactly where I had in mind. Ran me through how it functioned, what they did, and what maintenance would look like moving forward.

Great product! Reliable.

My Generac was installed on July 28, 2026. This is the second full standby generator I have had. My first one was purchased in 2012 and worked flawlessly. Hence my reason for choosing Generac again. O'Keefe Electric did a great job with my installation. Great people to work with! I would recommend then to anyone.

They were very professional and explained everything regarding our new generator, step by step. They did A fantastic Job . Would definitely recommend them .

Highly recommend O'Keefe

O'Keefe Electric has been wonderful to deal with; they were professional, efficient and no pushy sales tactics. Every person we had contact with delivered excellent customer service, They took care of everything they could and guided us thru the few things we needed to do. We are now prepared for the next Michigan ice storm. Highly recommend this impressive company.

Fast install

I bought the generator from Costco and Okeefe was the company Costco had contracted with to install. The install was completed in 7 hours. Operation of the generator was explained. The crew were professional and polite and they worked in a very hot day.

Great Company & Product

I recently had a generator installed. Every single person that I've dealt with from this company has been wonderful. Their customer service is top notch and their knowledge of the product & installation can't be beat. I'm so glad that I chose them.

Great experience!

These guys are terrific!!! They showed up at exactly 8:00, worked tirelessly and stayed till they were sure everything was right. They were polite and neat. The office staff, especially Victoria and Melissa, are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. I’m highly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great experience.

Easy review, everything was top notch from the time of the estimate, the conversation's pre- installation with the office staff through the installation itself. Professional outfit.

Great Generac Install

I had O’Keefe install a Generac that I purchased thru Costco. Can’t say enough good about them. They handled all of the arrangements including coordinating Consumers Energy to disconnect power and the City for Final Inspection. They communicated well thru the project and their time estimates were spot on. I’m sure I’m another of a long line of satisfied customers.

Great team

Installed Genera full home generator. Did an awesome job.
