Would have been all 5 stars but am somewhat dissatisfied with the leveling of the pad. It\u2019s only off 1/4 inch from front to back but being a machinist for 40 years it\u2019s quite noticeable to me.

From the initial bid process to install everything went well. The installation went smoothly and the workers (Brandon and Mike) were responsible and respectful when coming into the home. Tarps were laid out so no damage to floors. They were prompt in their arrival and were done in 4 hours. Great experience and highly recommend O\u2019Keefe Electric.

We found O'Keefe Electric to be very customer oriented and professional from start to finish. They came and did the estimate and took time to explain the entire process, assisted us with the meter upgrade we required from Consumers Energy, scheduled us a month earlier than I anticipated, and showed up in the middle of a blizzard to install and cleaned up everything before they left. After receiving 2 other quotes, I called Okeefe for my third. The salesman Don was very knowledgeable and pointed out several things that the other guys never mentioned and his price was very competitive. The 2 guys that came to install the generator were very courteous to me and my home. When the job was completed they explained everything to me in layman's terms and left my house clean with no messes or boxes to throw out. I will be calling them for my other electrical needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality / professional company.
