Generac Generator Install

Working with Ohms And Watts Electric LLC for the install of my Generac generator has been a breath of fresh air. A company that believes in values and understands their customers\u2019 needs. Working with them from day one was very refreshing and reminded me that small businesses still want to be better than big box outlets. Richard and his team were always on time and communicated their needs and accomplishments. If you are going to install a home generator, this is the company for you. I do recommend calling your gas company ahead of time and let them know you will be installing a generator and that a larger meter may be required. This is a no cost item to you the customer bit it will hold up the process. Richard can walk you through the process but it\u2019s as easy as a phone call to your gas company with the request. Once the generator was installed, Richard ran me through the entire process on what will happen, what I should expect and what to trouble shoot. Take notes because this is your family\u2019s comfort and the generators are very intricate but plug and play if you pay attention during the demonstration. I recommend downloading the app and learning it if you have the wifi option. The year subscription is only $50 and pays for itself the first time you lose power and can monitor your Generac generator from your phone.

We just had a generator installed and were very please with Richards work. He and his company are very professional at what they from start to finish. A great communicator. He will always get back with you in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his work and if the need arise will definitely use him and his company again.

Richard was a gem to work with. The project is by no means an easy feat...we went through a lot with inspection rules, etc. but Richard worked diligently through them all. I felt like I was in good hands with him through this tedious process of Plumbers, Installs, etc. If you are going to get a generator, get it with Richard! I can assure you that he sticks to his word and is a consummate professional.
