Offgridderz Incorporated

Great Service

Had an issue with my generator during a blizzard and they returned my call within a few minutes. Kevin walked me through the issue and was able to diagnose a bad battery. He was slammed with calls all over the northwoods but still helped me out. I put the battery in myself and was up and running. This is the way customers should be helped. You can bet I will only be calling Off Gridderz in the future!

Great Overall Experience

Very pleased with the Generac 18 KW Standby Generator purchase and installation process from Kevin and his team at Offgridderz. Starting with the bid all the way through installation of the unit the knowledge, customer focus and timeliness have been second to none. I would highly recommend the team at Offgridderz!

Service and knowledge

Kevin was amazing. He came out on a Sunday and knew immediately how to fix problem with generator installed by another dealer 3 months ago. Kevin was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and went above and beyond to help fix our problem, and then followed up to confirm that the issue was fixed. We are beyond pleased with his service.

Great features

I purchased a Generac system from offgridderz in Eagle River. The owner Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The project was completed in one day and I’m extremely satisfied with the Generac for my home.I was extremely satisfied with The price of the Generac and labor. Thanks again Kevin .

Great Service

I got several proposals and picked Offgriderz because they were able to install the next week, until Beryl hit the South, and all generators were sent South. They were able however able to install it within a couple of weeks and did it very professionally. Thier service was fantastic, and the generator performed flawlessly during an outage the next week. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew and have been very pleased with this choice.

Offthegridz did a super job of helping me solve a warranty issue. They ,understand their role as advocates for their customers. Well done.

PEACE OF MIND FOR US

We live in the north woods. One of the rewards of getting old are health issues! Another issue is, FREQUENT POWER OTTAGES. We went to the GENERAC web site, and selected find a dealer. OFFGRIDDERZ, EAGLE RIVER, WI. WAS THE FIRST TO CONTACT US, by phone. I was impressed with Kevin Dunn's professional way he asked questions about what our needs were. We then set an appointment for 8/14/ 2023 at our home to discuss what size Generator we needed and where we wanted it installed. Where we wanted the Generator installed presented a challenge for them. They met that challenge, listening to all my questions. Kevin wasn't able to be there, so they were down to a two man crew. Lots of trenching and shoveling had to be done for the cables connecting Generator to transfer switch, installed outside the house . Thankfully, Natural Gas was already at the site. Generator was set in place and leveled. Gas pipe and electric cables were hooked up. Test run went as planned and by the book. Gas pipe was clamped and painted, cable was also clamped. BEAUTIFUL INSTALLATION!!. Very eye appealing! All this shows the pride in their work!! Heartfelt thanks goes out to Kevin and his Crew!! DJ60

Highly recommended!
