We purchased ours through Costco and had NW Generator Pros install, and it has been the best experience so far! Having the generator ready to go has given me peace of mind and the process to get it all done could not have been better. Worth the investment

We decided to get a whole house generator and upgrade our garage outlet for a future hybrid vehicle. NW Gen Pros handled it all, was thorough, and explained everything well. When there were small issues they were resolved (& were non technology related, just crossed communication lines). It all went smoothly. Great team! Also,we happened to lose power in December for a few hours. Our generator kicked right on and we had no interruption in service. I highly recommend this company -- and getting a generator. Times & power grids are getting problematic. I think this is a good, mainstream and reasonable precautionary investment. I highly recommend the company, the team and the functional technology.

Great support!

They installed our whole home generator in May 2024. The project got complex when we needed a new gas line and they were professional and guided us every step of the way. We now have contracted with them to service our generator annually and will use them for many years to come.

Incredible peace of mind

My home lost complete power for 5 days last year. With a baby on the way, I was determined to never let this happen again. Justin was responsive, professional, and straightforward. He was able to properly explain all of my options for back up power. I ultimately decided on a Generac generator, fully automatic option that connects to our gas line that kicks on immediately when power is lost. the install was very clean and efficient, connecting directly to my electrical panel. I could not be more satisfied and confident heading into this winter. The peace of mind I have knowing that my new family will stay warm and healthy no matter what storm comes our way is priceless. Professional and friendly

NW Generator Pros installed a new generator for me and I was very happy with their service. Every step of the way, from the bid, the installers, the customer support- they are all top notch professionals and very nice to work with. The cost will be competitive. I could have maybe saved a couple of thousand dollars by using other providers, but as the project took place I could see that there would have been multiple times that an extra hassle, extra step, extra cost, extra time would have not been worth it at all. I highly recommend this company

Excellent Service

Very positive experience. Staff is very personable; they made the process of upgrading our generator simpler than the other bids I received which ranged from confusing to expecting me to take a variety of extra steps. Will and Kate, the project managers, were on top of things and easy to communicate with. Installation team did a great job of working with our existing situation and ensuring everything was up to snuff. Since installation follow-up servicing and support has been great. Would highly recommend.
