I'm considering installing a generator and have spoken with several companies. I have to say that Lee was extremely helpful and patient explaining my options. He was a breath of fresh air amongst a lot of noise I've been hearing lately. Thanks Lee!

Okay, These guys are over 100 miles away and busy yet, they still had time to help me get my generator back up and on-line! Not only would I use these guys again, I'm going to book them for my annual servicing and pay the extra $$$ to have them drive out here for repairs! Thanks guys!!!

I'm so glad we chose Northwest Power Services to install our generator. It has worked perfectly for the multiple power outages we have had since getting it. Lee and Jay are both extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They provide a yearly maintenance service and came out immediately to repair a gas leak caused by a careless painter. I highly recommend this business!

The Best Dealer

On January 3rd my standby generator started backfiring during a 96 hour of power outage I called and spoke with Paige and explained the situation and she gave me the numbers of a few companies that might be able to service my generator I worked for Home Depot for 23 years I have sold thousands of Generac standby generators I have owned my generator since 2007 and I'm delighted with the security and comfort it provides when I'm home and when I'm away I was lucky enough to get Northwest Power Services Inc and spoke with Lee he sent his brother Jay over to take care of the problem Jay was amazing it turns out that the gentleman that has been servicing my generator was not as detailed as Northwest power Services Inc Jay made sure that everything was running Top Notch and went through it with a fine-tooth comb and even called a week and a half later to make sure things were okay What a great company we were in a major snow wind and power outage I was delighted with his attention to detail and he educated me on a few things as well my generator has never run better amazing company definitely on top of their game and Beyond I want to thank Paige for recommending them and Lee and Jay for taking very good care of me they now have a customer for life

Northwest Power Services was there all the way with us from selecting the generator, to siting it, to final instruction and operation. The electrical tie to the main system is extremely complicated and Northwest worked closely with our electrician, Eklund Electic. And although we started late we are in for the winter!!

Very Professional and Friendly

Lee and his team were the best! He actually listened to all my questions and concerns, something some contractors don't do these days. He answered all my questions carefully. He treated me as if I was his only customer, keeping me informed all along the way. He showed up on time, completed a very professional installation, reviewed all the operating instructions with me and made sure I was comfortable before he left. He is a top notch Generac dealer, and I would recommend him without any hesitation to anyone considering a Generac standby generator.
