My experience with Northside Power is all was pleasing

I purchased my generator from Northside on September 14,2017. I've had several outages since then with no problem with my system. The salesman, tech, and all the staff has been professional, friendly and helpful. Jeannie along with Nissa make sure that my yearly maintenance is up to date. I have no worries knowing Northside is monitoring my Generac system.

Very Pleased

We have been pleased with our generator and Northside Power. Our install was not the easiest, but they were able to make it work. We wanted our unit on the same side of the house as our air-condition units. Our power and gas were on the opposite side of the house. Far from perfect set up. However, the guys came and made it work. We were thankful they found a way to place the generator in the location that looks the best with our landscaping.

A cut above the rest!

We had a wonderful experience. I called this family business to inquire about a generator and they were knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. Their son came to evaluate our energy needs and was able to make suggestions to save us money. He is a very nice and well informed young man and takes pride in his family's business. The installation took place just as scheduled and the installers were polite, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and explained how the generator works. I will recommend them without hesitation and use them again when we decide to move.

Dealer was great!

Northside Power installed our Generac generator and we're very happy with their service. The guys who installed were professional and took care not to disturb any existing landscaping etc. So happy that we no longer have to worry about future power outages! We highly recommend North side Power.

North Side Power & Electric was recommended by some of my neighbors after they had a Generac Generator installed. They spoke very highly about everything they did, so I called them. Because of their friendly receptionist,etc. I decided to go ahead and purchase one.They were here when they said they would be and have answered all my questions. I highly recommend North Side Power for anyone considering a generator.

The entire process was very easy to do with a minimum effort on our part.
