The guy was terrible in treating potential customers. How could Generac list him as one of its contractors?

Extremely Rude

I called to ask for 10 digits dealer number so I can register with Mobile Link. This is for in case if something is wrong with my generator, the dealer will know why and come to fix it. The owner won't give to me and said I have to find out who sold me the generator. I told him I don't know because the previous owner bought it. He then said he won't give out to any one. He acted like this a top secret number obviously it is not. He just lost my business. I have 3 friends who also have a stand by generator. I will tell them not to ever call this rude owner.

Excellent Knowledge

Owner, Gregg, helped us get our generator replaced by Generac. Our generator was catching fire and running dangerous hot. Pullin Electric did the install and tried for 28 month to fix a wide range of issues but was never able to. Gregg tried to fix but the issues were beyond repair. He worked with us to convince Generac to replace the generator. Generac approved the replacement. New generator was installed and we are very happy. Gregg and his crew are very knowledgable and professional.

Northern Virginia Generator put inour generator and has been servicingit for over ten years. They cometwo times per year and do check ups and if neededoil changes. I do not even have to callthem. They just come. Gregg has alwaysbeen very responsive to any email I havesent asking a question.

Goes above and beyond

The president is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, honest and resourceful, as are his employees. After previously trying and failing to get enough natural gas using the existing pipe to power a generator, I\u2019m thrilled we found NV Generator. Gregg worked with the gas company to come up with a solution that didn\u2019t involve digging up our entire front yard. Turns out he also taught the county inspectors how to inspect. After-install follow up and service is also outstanding. Even sent an email checking on us after recent windstorm and power outages.

Excellent service

Northern VA Generator was a pleasure to work with. The service, recommendation, installation and maintenance have been top notch. We purchased our generator last year. This year, it ran for four consecutive days during Northern Virginia's wind storm. What a blessing. We have horses and are on a well, so access to water is very important for us. After the storm, No. VA. Generator called to check to see how long the unit ran and to come out and do a maintenance check. All and all, we are thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend this company.

Mr. Holden and his crew did an excellent job installing our generator. Their attention to detail was outstanding and very much appreciated. We also have them performing maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend them for your generator needs!
