Very responsive to calls and e-mails, answ all of questions that we have had. Wiling tc out of their way, we scheduled a yearly maintenance, and they said we don't need there, and came a week early since they were in the area

Northern Generator of Eagle River is Awesome

Jon and his team are fast, reliable and very responsive. We’ve had our Generac whole house generator for a little over a year, and needed it about 10 times.

Generator

The team at Northern Generator were top notch! Jon was very responsive when we had questions about our purchase and install of our entire home 10kw generator. The guys that came out to install were very professional. They left the area outside the home where they installed the generator cleaner than when they arrived. They were very considerate of our floors in the home when they had to enter to hook up the transfer switch. Floor protection was used to keep mud off our floors. They explained the exercise cycle and all other signals that a homeowner needs to know to keep the generator ready when needed. Highly recommend Northern Generator.

Excellent Service!

Very happy with my generator, good people to work with! I would highly recommend Northern Lights Generator

Quality Work

Honest fair pricing on my generator installation. No complaints

This dealer is great!

John always gets right back to me with my questions as a backup generator at a vacation home is critical so it needs to be ready when needed.

poor people skills not a 5 star business

Kind of rude right away and did not want to work on my equipment even though they are an authorized dealer. don't know how they got a 5 star rating... Not recommended!
