you need a quote, they send it. you need a bill, they send it with the ability to pay online. you need service, one call or email and its set up. couldn't be easier compared to other companies in the area that make you wait for call backs to do anything.

Awful all around

After being a customer for 20 years, only thing they care about is overpriced annual service. Repair requests, promised in a week, have gone unanswered in over 2 months. No one cares or responds. Close it down or do better. We will switch service.

Avoid - walked off the job and did not return phone calls.

Selected Northeast to place a generator for my house back in 2020. After delivering the generator 6 months behind schedule (but always - "it will be there in two weeks") and trenching my backyard, they stopped returning phone calls. Company also forgot to file permits which dragged out the process for several months.

extremely helpful throughout my install in 2018. they have serviced it ever since and we've never been in an outage without it. fairly reasonable people when you just talk to them about what's going on too

Gouges Customers

I sent my son to purchase a portable generator during our storm last year. Every one else had sold out due to demand. Northeast had generators in stock, BUT they TRIPLED the retail price. I was astonished when I heard what they were doing. Unfortunately, my son, because he had a need, paid the inflated priceas did others on line that day. I now need a residential whole house generator, but I will not buy from Northeast Generator.
