The generator installation was done within the time-frame agreed upon and in a very professional manner.The dealer educated me in the care and maintenance of the generator and the processes that occur during emergency operation.The generator functioned flawlessly during the four and one-half days that we lost power due to hurricane Sandy.Just recently, I called the dealer about a possible problem. He responded immediately; the problem was minor and was completely resolved.

I was having an issue with my machine not always starting. They discovered that my gas line was to small to supply the engine when my furnace was running. The plumber ran another line and the problem went away. Know one else was able to find the problem. I would recommend them for any of your service needs.

Thanks again to Northeast. I was pleased with the install, but was very happy when you came out to help troubeshoot a problem. Dave's knowledge goes well beyond the equipment he installed and he was able to correct a mistake I made. He took time to explain the right way to do it and in turn ensure that the generator would power the areas I needed in a storm. Thanks Dave

Very unhappy - terrible service

This company installed my generator. I asked them several times, after installation, to send me a service contract. After I received nothing for several months, I emailed them. Then I proceed to email them four more times! Each time, someone eventually got back to me to tell me how busy they were. Promises were made that they would get right on it. Yet, weeks would go by, and I got nothing. How hard is it to attach a contract to an email? When I finally received it - 3-weeks after my 5th email - the price of the service contract was 31% higher than that of other local certified Generac dealers. If service is this bad for something as simple as getting a service contract, I would hate to be depending on this outfit if I was stuck in the middle of an outage with a malfunctionaling generator. I wisely have chosen to sign up with another company for the service!
