North Shore Power Electronics

Dealing with north shore power was a great experience. I’ve have several companies come by to quote me for my job and not only did they try to upsell me and tell me I needed unnecessary work but their prices were astronomical. I called David from North shore power and he proved to be honest, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to get my generator working in no time. Highly recommend!

Dave is wonderful!!!

Dave is wonderful!! We have been using his services for years. He always answers right away, comes to tune up our stand by generator in a timely manner. He is always on time, reasonably priced and will always answer our questions. He takes the time to show us what we have to do to upkeep and maintain it in the event that there is a prolonged outage. Most importantly, he is always smiling 😊! We highly recommend his services.

We recommend North Shore

Dave was prompt and efficient. He knows the Generac product and fixed the problem. We're "back in business" thanks to Dave. We highly recommend using North Shore Power Electronics.

Great service

Dave was knowledgeable, courteous and honest. He communicated with me about a part he ordered giving me frequent status updates. He arrived to my home when he said he would and of course fixed the issue I was having.

AWESOME!!!!!!

Not one Generac dealer wanted to take a ferry and service our location on the island. We called about 20 of them. I explained Dave our dilemma and issues with dealers not wanting to service while under warranty. Dave took on the challenge. He came well prepared with parts and repairs were done. He will be servicing our location from now on as well as other Generac households in the area that have the same problem with Authorized Dealers not wanting to take the extra step to help customers. Thank you Dave, you are awesome!!!

Talent and Professionalism

We’ve been using North Shore for a number of years. The Tech assigned to us is Dave. Our original Generac was well over 25 years old when we first engaged North Shore for servicing. Dave kept our “relic” running reliably and as efficient as possible. Unfortunately during an extended power outage, our generator blew a seal. DURING the storm, Dave came to our rescue. Showing up, putting a bandaid and getting us up and running. We’ve since upgraded, with his advice and recommendation to a newer more efficient machine. He explained to me the benefits of the MobileLink app to make sure my machine is always ready. He continues to service and keep us ready for any situation that may occur. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and Dave without any reservations. Joe Cusumano

THIS IS YOU GUY

After numerous calls to other services in the region, most said to buy a new generator. I have a 40 k unit that has a history of being a lemon. it was installed in 2004 and has low hours. The unit always had some issues since new. After Dave at North Shore Power Electronics was contacted...he spent the time to service the unit and fixed a bad ground. The generator never ran better ..thank you to the guy who should be your first phone call. Don't waste your time elsewhere.

Generator busted, call Northshore Power!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dave and Northshore Power. Showed up on time, kept in touch to confirm appointment and arrival time, and knows his stuff! Was kind enough to let me watch him work and educate me about my Generac. Be assured, you're picking the right man for your generator job!

This dealer goes above and beyond!

Dave, the dealer has been undeniably , fabulous with trying to service this bottom of the line Generator for me. He has serviced the little lemon since the last dealer went out of business and I'm fortunate for the referral.

Dave at North Shore is the best!

2 weeks ago, during this cold January in Huntington, I had a major catastrophe with my Generac 22K generator, a severe engine knock. Dave was responsive and on point, he ran the engine and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the whole engine needed replacement. He handled the warranty end with Generac and within 2 weeks we were up and running again. He even went out of his way to follow up several times with a call/text and drop me off some spare fuses for the auto switch. If your looking for an honest regular guy (hard to come by these days) you will not be disappointed with him. He will be servicing my machine for years to come. Thanks Dave!
