North Country Power Generation

Great to deal with, did everything as promised!

Had my generator installed January 2021, and figured I would wait a while before giving a review. Jim and the whole team were Great to deal with, did it when promised, very neat and professional, and I would HIGHLY Recommend. Was very happy to lose power several times this past summer :)

Total Satisfaction

Jim Brookshire:Just a note to let you know how much we like our Generac! Power went out at 11:56 PM on Tuesday and is not supposed to be back on until 12 AM Monday 8/16. We are sitting here watching TV in an air-conditioned house! Thanks so much! Dean VanOstran

Professional & Efficient

The NCPG team is GREAT! They are very professional and easy to work with from the initial quote to the final installation. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing a generator. You can't go wrong with North Country Power Generation!

Very Pleased

Would highly recommend NCPG. Everything from proposal to installation went very smooth. Installation crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for job well done!!

Great Service and Excellent Installation Crew!

The installation was completed faster than I had anticipated. The installation crew worked around my need for uninterrupted power during the install. Clean up was great and the 3 employees worked great as a team. I would highly recommend North Country Power Generation.

I recommend this Company

From proposal stage through installation, everything was accomplished smoothly. The team arrived on time and worked hard to complete the installation. Workmanship is first class.

NCPG is your best choice!

I highly recommend North Country Power Generation! We relocated from an area of the Pacific Northwest where the weather is mild and generators are the exception. I was willingly met on short notice for an initial consultation during our home-buying diligence period and educated on systems and options. Upon arrival to the area we were scheduled quickly and the installation was efficient and neat. Communication was excellent and I feel confident that we will be comfortable going into our first northern Michigan winter.

Professional, good communication

The 3 gentlemen needed to give an estimate an install my Generac were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. I recommend this company if you live in the area.

Very pleased

NCPG was great. They did two inspection trips prior to the install. Our vacation home is in the middle of no where in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan so it was a large time commitment on their part. The crew stayed in communication and arrived and installed as expected. Good crew, happy and friendly. Little to no mess. Highly recommend.

Very Please

From the owner to the installers everything was great. The total price was the best I received. All my questions were answer during my purchase and the use of the generator. The installers where very professional, clean and knowledgeable. Id highly recommend this company. Others tried selling me a generator much bigger then my needs require
