Norris Electric

I do not recommend Norris Electric. Norris provided a new generator installation contract with "errors made" by Gary their salesman. Norris errors resulted in their refusal to install all of the equipment identified within their contract. Matt the CFO is unfriendly and threatening in the way he demands full payment without Norris installing all equipment identified in their contract due to Norris "errors made". Norris did not double check the torque of the 200A main feeder connection nuts (which were only 'finger tight') which resulted in large sparks, power shut off and the new generator running for 14+ hours (while the grid power was on) while we were out of town. Norris did come out and fix this dangerous situation. The lack of client management skills of Norris and especially Matt Shirvanioun after their repeated mistakes have left me feeling uncertain of their installation and ability to back up their warranty in the future. I will not be using Norris on my other properties. Currently Norris Electric refuses to respond to me to schedule service on the generator

We had our 24kW Generac generator installed several weeks ago. I can't say enough of just how impressed I was with the crew that came out and did the installation. Norris Was A Great Choice

Norris was outstanding on all facets. Scheduling an estimate was easy and they were on time. After I signed the estimate they gave me a time frame for installation and they kept to that schedule. The installation went smoothly and everything worked as expected. It took one day for the installation. I highly recommend Norris for your generator backup.

Norris Electric... stellar!

When we first contacted Norris Electric out of Auburn, CA and had them come to our property for an assessment, the on-site employees as well as the office staff were very friendly and transparent with us. They let us know to expect delays in the process due to being at full capacity with jobs as well as relying on plans/permit approvals from the county (we chose to go with permits due to previous experiences with the Nevada County permit office). A few times during this anticipated waiting period, Norris called to keep us updated on potential estimated start dates and next steps.

Excellent installation and service

I asked for recommendations for a generator (Generac) dealer and installer in our local area. The majority of the recommendations were for Chandler Electric, so we called them.They came out right away and reviewed the potential installation with us (location).They scheduled an installation, and in the meantime, they were very responsive to questions that we had (via email and phone).The installation was very professional and clean. We were very pleased with the way the crew answered questions.We took a video of the installer going over the operating instructions with us, so we have that for future reference.The generator has kicked on several times in the month that we have had it, and it has all gone completely smoothly.We would definitely recommend Chandler Electric if you want a standby generator!
