Norris Electric Inc.

Very trust worthy

I have had my generator for many years 10 + and I love they keep track of my service needs and contact me. They are knowledgable and friendly. I wouldn't be without my generator and glad I have someone I can trust to take care of it. I highly recommend Norris Electric.

Best Purchase

Contracted to purchase a Generac for our home around the first of July. Our sales person Gary was great he came out to our place and helped us make a great decision to purchase the generator for our home. Gary told us it would be about 2 months before installation. Our generator was installed on September 3rd. The crew that did the installation were very respectful and efficient. We had power outage yesterday, Sept 18th and had to call for service because the generator failed to connect. Marsha from Norris Electric got a service person here within 6 hours. Adam Mays did a great job of fixing our problem and answering all of our questions. Just a minor problem, nothing wrong with the unit. We really appreciate the time Adam took to explain everything we asked about. Our experience with Norris Electric has been great from sales, installation, service and communication with Marsha in the office. I feel we are in good hands.

Been dealing with them for years

You always get 1 person that has a bad review. But I’ve dealt with Norris for over. Well over a decade. And you get nothing but the best. Id say trust them. No I’m not related in any way. Just an old customer. And I’m reaching out to them again for a home generator here in truckee.

Great Dealer!

This dealer has excellent service! Our generator was much less noisy after our service. Very professional!

Norris Electric

I do not recommend Norris Electric. Norris provided a new generator installation contract with "errors made" by Gary their salesman. Norris errors resulted in their refusal to install all of the equipment identified within their contract. Matt the CFO is unfriendly and threatening in the way he demands full payment without Norris installing all equipment identified in their contract due to Norris "errors made". Norris did not double check the torque of the 200A main feeder connection nuts (which were only 'finger tight') which resulted in large sparks, power shut off and the new generator running for 14+ hours (while the grid power was on) while we were out of town. Norris did come out and fix this dangerous situation. The lack of client management skills of Norris and especially Matt Shirvanioun after their repeated mistakes have left me feeling uncertain of their installation and ability to back up their warranty in the future. I will not be using Norris on my other properties. Currently Norris Electric refuses to respond to me to schedule service on the generator

Great Generator

I bought an over the counter portable generator and everyone helped me and answered all my questions.

Norris Electric Was Fabulous

We had our 24kW Generac generator installed several weeks ago. I can't say enough of just how impressed I was with the crew that came out and did the installation. These guys paid attention to detail and I love the installation. If you're planning on purchasing a generator, I would highly recommend Norris Electric in Auburn, CA. They get 5 STARS all the way around!

Norris Was A Great Choice

Norris was outstanding on all facets. Scheduling an estimate was easy and they were on time. After I signed the estimate they gave me a time frame for installation and they kept to that schedule. The installation went smoothly and everything worked as expected. It took one day for the installation. I highly recommend Norris for your generator backup.
