    Purchase and Installation

    They were responsive and friendly and gave me an excellent price. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable and did an excelent job. They answered all my questions when I called an the technician explained the operation of the unit before he left. I am quite stisfied.

    Never Followed Up

    So they came to give me an estimated and i was told they'd email me the formal proposal. Still waiting for the email over 2 months later. Guess they are making so much money they don't need my business.
