AMAZING

Nomic Power Solutions recently installed a Generac generator at our home in Georgetown, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their presentation was hands down the best I’ve ever seen—clear, professional, and thorough. The installation team was second to none; they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. Their pricing was right in line with other generator companies in town, but the level of service and attention to detail set them apart. In fact, my mother-in-law decided to hire them just a couple of weeks later for the same installation after seeing our experience. I highly recommend Nomic Power Solutions to anyone considering a generator. They truly deliver top-notch service from start to finish.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They just finished our Generac installation and we couldn’t be more impressed with Nomic Power Solutions’ handling of the project. Our installation was a bit more complicated than most since we didn’t have a gas connection at our house. Their project management skills were so impressive. They literally took care of every step of the process. It was truly a turn key solution. A special shout out to Gloria in the office for being so responsive and the guys for communicating their progress and consistently arriving on time.

Excellent Company

We hired Nomic Power Solutions to perform an annual inspection and maintenance service on our Generac after the company who installed our generator sold our prepaid service contract to another business who then refused to provide generator services to us after the first visit. We searched online and checked with friends who had generators to find companies local to us who would service a generator they did not install. Finding a local company was extremely important to us. We are very happy we found Nomic. During our initial phone calls to the office when we spoke to their Operations Manager Gloria, we were treated with respect. All our questions were answered clearly, new customer paperwork was emailed promptly for us to review before committing to anything, and the pricing was incredibly fair given our previous conversations with other companies. Gloria also responded quickly to an email when I had last-minute questions before our scheduled appointment. Nomic co-owner Dillan Stephens turned out to be our tech that day! He arrived on time, spent as much time with us as we needed, helped us with issues we hadn't understood from the previous maintenance providers, and fully explained what he found potentially problematic with our generator as well as what we were doing correctly. He also explained what we could expect in the future given our usage. He did not push us into buying anything and readily agreed with our suggestions regarding our options. Dillan was also very respectful of our property and landscaping. A few days after Nomic's initial inspection and maintenance, our generator started and the engine made a sound unusual to me. I sent a text to Dillan and he called me in less than 10 minutes to explain what I had attempted to describe in writing. He knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me clear and concise answers. We feel fortunate to have found Dillan Stephens and Nomic. We definitely recommend Nomic to others.

An ounce of prevention

We know the problems that can occur with a power outage, & a generator can prevent a problem from becoming a very costly crisis. We were pleased that Nomic Power Solutions was able to provide an answer that met our needs. Cody, Dillon and the entire Nomic crew were incredible to work with provided an excellent solution. We couldn't be happier with their service for the installation of our Generac Generator. Nomic Power Solutions handled everything from permits, site preparation, to upgrading the gas meter. The process was seamless - everything was scheduled in advance, we were kept me informed of all progress & the work was completed exactly as scheduled. The investment in maintaining our home is well worth the cost.

Generator was installed in a timely manner with no issues. The install crew did an excellent job and was very polite and easy to work with. Ryan, Cody and the Nomic team are who I’ll be using for any future home generator needs.

Fantastic company! All personnel involved had an increditable work ethic and character. I was so impressed when they gave you an appointment, they were always on time. That didn't surprise me as they were all military veterans. I highly recommend them if you want an honest company to complete your work.
