I recently bought a new generator and had NNG install it. The sale,installation,and service staffs have all been grest. When installed the 2 men who came answered all my questions and walked me through whole process of running the new equipment. And cleaned everything up before leaving. Thanks NNG

Genuine World Class Service

It is refreshing to work with a company who truly care about their customers and product. Everyone from the office staff to the sales person to the technicians were polite, professional, and helpful. Bill proved to be a wealth of knowledge. He took all the time we needed to discuss our situation and the various options available to us. We literally spent hours between phone calls and his visit before deciding what was best for us. Never once did he rush us. He actually followed up after the installation. We had three other companies give us a quote and none came close to the attention and education we received from Bill. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were on time! They made sure every detail right down to the exact position of the generator and how the electrical and gas lines ran met our approval. The electrician David provided temporary power via a portable generator so my Cichlid Aquarium was operational while the house power was disconnected during the few hours it took to install the generator. The gas technician (feel bad forgot his name) actually was not happy with his own work, tore it apart and rebuilt it all on his own until it was installed to perfection. Northern Neck Generator absolutely provides World Class Service! I look forward to these folks providing us with what we suspect will be stellar preventative maintenance service in the years ahead.

The agency I work with has purchased five generators from Northern Neck Generators. We are return customers! Their prices are very competitive. Mr. Sanders was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advise on the best application for each of our purchases. Communication with their office is very easy through email. Emails are answered very promptly! Service calls are answered promptly when weather conditions do not complicate the situation. Sometimes during large area storm outages, service may be somewhat delayed. This is understandable given the nature of storm.Mr. Sanders has given us advise on how we can monitor our equipment to avoid faults. Office staff and Service Technicians are all very professional and helpful!
