NM Solar Pros, LLC

Excellent service

Storm surge knocked out inverter and Mr Silva promptly came out, diagnosed the problem with tech support, ordered and installed the replacement part very quickly.

I have full confidence in NM Solar Professionals.

What convinced me to go solar was examining a neighbor’s recent installation and easily recognizing the quality of the work and equipment. Communication and working with NM Solar Professionals is efficient and satisfying. I can recommend this company without hesitation. They clearly pride themselves on delivering quality work in a professional manner.

Absolutely amazing job on complex generator install

The NM Solar Pro team was probably one of the best house project experiences we’ve ever had (and we’ve done a lot of projects and renovations). We installed a whole house Generac generator in Santa Fe and they did an absolutely amazing job. They clearly know the technical requirements for the install as others have stated (and it wasn’t an easy install set up) but even beyond that they exceeded my expectations in the overall project management department. From the initial proposal to the install scheduling and town permitting, they handled everything and communicated frequently and clearly. When getting things out back in place, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was back in its place and tidy. Highly recommend this team for your generator project (I’m sure they’re great at Solar too but we opted for just a generator).

NM Solar Pros is great!

We are very happy that we chose NM Solar Pros as the company to work with for the purchase and installation of our new Generac generator. The NM Solar Pros team are very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They definitely believe in the old fashioned way of doing business...providing excellent customer service! We highly recommend NM Solar Pros for anybody within their service area considering the purchase of a generator.

Just like their name ! Professionals!

I dealt with Albert and he was extremely knowledgeable regarding my solar and the generator I purchased. It Was a pleasure to deal with them and he was very patient with all of my questions and was thorough with helping me operate it. Thank NM Solar Professionals LLC!

24kW rural install Very Happy

I worked with NM Solar Pro (Albert Silva) on the generator install in a fairly remote rural location in NM. NM Solar Pro is very professional, responsive, and actually fun to work with. The install details were explained well, I asked lots of questions being an Electrical Engineer, and details I had not thought to ask were provided. The finished install is a work of art. Thank you NM Solar Pro for a job well done. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a backup generator, or solar for that matter. Now I have the generator I am investigating adding solar as a complement.

Top notch service and information. Highly recommend

Could not be better served than these people. Absolutely the best!
