The NM Solar Pro team was probably one of the best house project experiences we\u2019ve ever had (and we\u2019ve done a lot of projects and renovations). We installed a whole house Generac generator in Santa Fe and they did an absolutely amazing job. They clearly know the technical requirements for the install as others have stated (and it wasn\u2019t an easy install set up) but even beyond that they exceeded my expectations in the overall project management department. From the initial proposal to the install scheduling and town permitting, they handled everything and communicated frequently and clearly. When getting things out back in place, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was back in its place and tidy. Highly recommend this team for your generator project (I\u2019m sure they\u2019re great at Solar too but we opted for just a generator).

Albert Silva of NM Solar Professionals took on a complicated upgrade that three other electricians had passed on. It involved installing a Generac standby generator, with an automatic transfer switch, to an existing system connected to a solar array. To further complicate matters, the entire electric service panel and utility meter had to be upgraded as well. The job went as smoothly as could be expected and we were only without power for one day. During this time Albert provided a generator to power our critical systems. We\u2019re very satisfied with the project outcome.

Wanted to love this company. Owner seems like a great guy, quick responses, great price then there was the contract. His contract is the most one sided and unfair contract I have read. As a cash buyer I tried to negotiate a small change to section 4.2 but he wouldn't budge. I sent a copy of Tesla's and NM Solar Groups contract saying I would be willing to sign those or something similar.

I contacted them on a holiday weekend and requested a estimate, the owner picked up the phone and was willing to give me a estimate. I was happy and look forward to working with them.
