We had three(3) quotes and Nipper Electric was not the cheapest, but we liked their reviews on Google, BBB, etc. Very Happy with our decision to use Nipper Electric for our Generac and would recommend them to others. They did give us and our neighbor a discount for the referral.
Pricing great but no followup!

Technician came and very nonchalant. Did provide excellent quote but when it came to followup with questions we had and more detail in the quote pricing we could not get answers or any response. After telephone call and leaving message and still hearing nothing, we decided it was not a good choice. With no followup in the sales process it made us question how the service would be.
