Nicholson Electric Company provided a reasonable and timely quote and performed a stellar installation and testing of the generator. They were courteous and discussed installation options and performed an excellent installation even though I chose the most difficult option. I highly recommend them to anyone in the WNC or Upstate SC area.

I highly recommend this dealer. When he came to service my old generator and found a big problem, he immediately discussed it with me, and helped me choose the right new one. He was quick to install it, was careful of my flower garden where it was installed, and it was very pleasant to work with him. When he left the yard looked better than when he arrived. He was also very good at taking care of all the details.

I had interviewed several dealers and found that Doug had the most knowledge and expertise. I was adding a generator and a house addition, and Doug's background as a licensed electrician allowed him to work extremely well with the electrical contractor. I know that Doug's knowledge of the generator, relays, and electrical codes allowed me to install the most cost effective generator. He was very professional and his work very neat and well done.

Doug and his brother sold and installed a 20kW whole house Generac generator on 9/27/13. I'm very pleased with the generator and their level of knowledge. Doug is known for being "there when you need him" and for providing excellent service. I did have another brand in for a competing bid but liked Doug's "whole house" solution better.
