DEALER WAS LOWE'S AND THEY WERE OK

I ordered and paid for the generator in Nov. of 2021 and it was not installed until 7/5/22. Way too long to keep almost $7,000. A deposit should have been required, not the full amount. Customer service was non-existent after I signed the contract. The installer they chose, however, was excellent, and the product was exactly as represented.

Above and beyond!

Eric did an AMAZING job helping us out. Generator quit working after 37 hours of running during a 4-day run without electricity. The issue was a bad propane regulator which led to the mixer going bad. He came out on Easter Sunday to diagnose and repair the generator. He worked with the propane tech and we were able to have power again after 36 hours without it. We don't have enough good things to say about Eric (and Kelly answering the phones)! Amazing, wonderful, hard-working, honest people. We will never go to anyone else!

No Call Back

I had my generator installed in October 2018. It is now due - past due - for no charge annual service. This com[any has not returned my phone calls, texts or emails to schedule. I a now contacting Lowe’s and General directly for solutions.

No Service

Over the last 3 months I have contacted Eric on two occasions for annual service. No call backs or contact from NextGen. Disappointing

Luck of the draw

Next Gen was tapped to install our 9 KW Generac by the people we purchased from. They arrived with everything they needed to complete the install, and they made certain I was included in the process by allowing me to watch and ask questions. In spite of late-fall weather conditions, the install was completed in less time than originally quoted. I look forward to having Next Gen maintain and repair (if ever needed) my 9 KW propane generator.

Am so impressed with Next Gen ..

The install of my generator went so smooth I was shocked!! These guys are very professional and represent Generac to the highest standard of excellence. Very pleasant team to have working on this project and will highly recommend them to neighbors and family for future installs.
