Stay Away!!!!
Hired NYEC to handle the required annual maintenance for my generator. They are happy to charge me annual service fees but never come to do the work. I will assume they are generally knowledgeable but If you can't trust them to change some oil and a sparkplug how can you trust them to be there if a real emergency were to arise. There are plenty of other more reputable dealers out there. Generac should stop recommending them from their website.

20kw install done right
I had been speaking to a few different companies and had a hard time with the permitting process. New York Electric was the only one to help me from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

New York Electric Is AWESOME
Roy had all the permits in place with in one day then he scheduled the plumber and his electricians to do all the work 3 days later. My generator was up and running in one day!!! I wish all my work would go as smooth as this! Thank you Roy.

Truly a one stop shop!!! very Professional

Excellent install and service
New York Electric installed my 20kw 2 years ago I have 4 power outages since including sandy one of the best investments I have made. The company comes out to service the generator twice a year and has never been late, and the work crew is extremely knowledgeably
